Gail just returned from a three week holiday in Wales and spent time at the sea. The sea was at the heart of her holiday. It was lovely and spiritually fulfilling. So, with that in mind…. The sea has been the subject of loss, taking away and returning its gifts to us. Come, explore how the flow of the tides might serve to enable you to both release pain, and welcome joy and a renewed spirit of hope in your life. Come, learn from the spirit of the sea!
